International Plugfest

Travis Lynch attended International Plugfest I as the guest of the International Security Network. Mr. Lynch moderated a discussion panel and provided architectural expertise for the PfP-LMS team.

New Contract with Technology TEAM

July 2003

Technology TEAM has been awarded a contract with URS Corporation for the development of the Postal Emergency Management System (PEMS) for the United States Postal Service. TEAM was selected to develop a sophisticated Java-based web application to be deployed on a WebSphere platform. The primary functionality of PEMS will be to manage the lifecycle of an emergency situation. The PEMS application is the Information Technology component of the USPS Integrated Emergency Management Program.

TEAM is pleased to announce its agreement with Travis Lynch & Associates for joint content development and related projects in support of Open Source Learning initiatives. Lynch and Associates are on the leading edge of advanced distance learning, distributed access, and the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards. Lynch & Associates have been involved with projects within the Defense Department's Advanced Distance Learning (ADL) initiative and they have worked with TEAM in the past to help develop sophisticated enterprise-wide learning content for the US Postal Service.
